Starting a conversation
Sending the bot a DM starts a conversation automatically. If you share more than one server with it, the bot asks which one you mean. You can also name the server yourself:
modmail SERVER-ID your messageFor multiple open conversations, use #TICKET-ID message to reply.
Replying as a support team
Write a message in the Modmail channel and the bot sends it straight to the requester. You can also reply from the dashboard. Messages starting with !internal remain internal team notes.
