Your first two steps

  1. Sign in with Discord. Vaeros uses Discord to identify your account and list the servers you can manage.
  2. Choose your server. Open an installed workspace, or choose “Add Vaeros” to use Discord’s invitation flow. Check the permissions before approving.
01 / MODERATION

Keep your server calm.

  1. Open Safety & moderation in your dashboard.
  2. Choose log channels and set AutoMod limits. Start with alerts before turning on automatic moderation actions.
  3. Check Vaeros’s role position above the members it needs to moderate.

Check it: In a dedicated test channel, run /slowmode seconds:5, then restore it with /slowmode seconds:0.

02 / TICKETS

Give questions a home.

  1. Configure the ticket category, support roles and transcript destination in your dashboard.
  2. Create your ticket panel and its form questions.
  3. Publish the panel in your chosen channel.

Check it: Use /ticket open, open a test request, reply from your team account and close it to check the transcript.

03 / COMMUNITY

Make participation visible.

  1. Enable Levels & XP in your dashboard.
  2. Choose XP rules and any level-role rewards.
  3. Add welcome, birthday or self-role settings when you are ready.
