New features, useful fixes and improvements to the bot and dashboard.
Play I Love Radio, I Love Mashup and other I Love Music stations through Vaeros. Choose a station, adjust the volume and stop playback with /music or from Community → Music in your dashboard. Server managers can choose allowed voice channels and DJ roles. Normal radio playback is free.
Servers with the 24/7 music benefit can keep one selected voice channel playing without listeners. Vaeros saves the station and volume and restores the session after a bot restart. Save the channel settings, then press Start 24/7 radio to begin. Stop turns off automatic restoration until you start again.
The benefit is included in existing published server Premium tiers. Administrators can manage it in the plan’s feature settings.
View Premium benefits ↗Temporary stream and voice failures now trigger automatic recovery, with longer waits between repeated attempts. A short interruption of the main Discord connection keeps an existing voice player connected instead of deliberately closing it. Vaeros also detects audio that stops making progress.
Muting or deafening a listener does not make the channel empty. Server-muting Vaeros pauses its audio in place; it resumes after being unmuted. Normal channels are left after one minute without listeners, while the configured Premium 24/7 channel stays active. An explicit Stop or removing the bot cancels playback.
Choose dedicated protection channels under Security → Sentinel. A new message from a member who is not exempt triggers the channel’s configured action: ban, kick, timeout or logging only. Each channel has its own settings, role and member exceptions, and a separate log destination.
Edit the warning’s title, introduction and colour. Its protection rule always states the configured consequence. Test Mode records real triggers without punishment, and /sentinel test simulates a trigger without touching members or messages. Incidents appear in the existing moderation cases and server logs. Sentinel actions apply only to that server.
Support settings, Sentinel, Music, Rules & verification and Messages & responses have their own icons in both the sidebar and module overview. Larger partner logos are resized on upload, keeping their proportions and transparency. Upload errors explain the actual file problem.

The welcome editor supports complete embeds and personal banners at high resolution with the joining member’s avatar and name. Configure titles, descriptions, images, colours and footer content in the dashboard.
/suggestion opens a form with questions chosen by the server team. Vaeros publishes the answers in the selected channel, with up/down voting and visible vote totals.
Publish server rules and let members confirm them to receive a configured role. Set up bot messages and automatic responses to matching questions or triggers under Messages & responses.
Configure your server ↗Configure Twitch and YouTube announcements from your dashboard. DJ schedules support weekly slots or a single date, time zones, custom message templates and an optional Twitch live check. Test messages are sent only when a team member explicitly requests them.
Notification commands ↗Vaeros administrators can manage the bot’s activity, avatar and supported profile settings without editing code. The interface explains fields that Discord requires you to change in the Developer Portal.
Global message branding supports separate language texts and exceptions for selected servers. English is used when a translation is missing. Existing footer information stays intact, and eligible Premium servers can remove the watermark.
Members can request a Global Bot Ban and include evidence. Only authorised Vaeros administrators can issue one. Participating servers receive announcements in their configured notification channels. Participation remains optional.
Request a review ↗Search your servers and identify them by their Discord icons. Dashboard and AdminCP areas are organised by task, with consistent navigation and clearer English labels. Longer dashboard sessions reduce repeated sign-ins.
Administrators can grant server Premium for a fixed period or permanently, then extend or revoke that grant from the Premium records.
Open the dashboard ↗Checkout collects the customer details needed for an invoice. Administrators can edit invoice sender details and presentation and send a test invoice. Support and invoice delivery have separate mail settings.
Invoice emails link to a private invoice page. Paid invoices are marked as paid and also offer a PDF download. Open invoices can be viewed on the page without requiring a PDF download.
