Vaeros filters spam and unwanted links and watches for sudden bursts of new members. You choose whether a raid trigger sends an alert, raises Discord’s verification level temporarily or applies timeouts, kicks or a restricted role.

A clearly marked, no-posting protection channel can catch spam that spreads across channels. Posts from non-exempt accounts can trigger a ban, kick, timeout or a log entry; role and member exceptions and Test Mode let you check the setup without punishment.

Message edits, deleted messages and changes to members or the server appear in the log channels you choose. Your team has a record to refer to when something needs checking.

Members can report a concern privately instead of posting it in a public channel. Your team reviews the report and records its decision.

When an incident gets out of hand, your team can lock the channels you’ve selected. Vaeros can then restore the permissions it changed during that lockdown.

Participation is optional: your server can receive alerts about listed accounts or ban them automatically, including when they join later. Automatic bans need Vaeros’s ban permission, and turning participation off doesn’t remove bans already applied.

Members open a private ticket when they need help. Your team can claim the conversation, save a transcript and collect a rating when it’s closed.

Members can message Vaeros directly when they need to reach your team. You reply from a private server channel, and Vaeros sends your response back by DM.

Text and voice activity earn XP, with levels, leaderboard positions and role rewards to work towards. Rank cards show each member’s progress and can use their chosen colours and background.

I Love Radio, I Love Mashup and other stations play in a voice channel, with playback controls available to your chosen DJ roles. Normal radio is free and stops when the channel is empty; Premium · 24/7 keeps a selected channel playing without listeners.

Members can share their birthday for a server announcement and an optional birthday role.

Achievements mark milestones such as reaching level 10 or spending 30 days in your server. You choose the goals that matter to your community.

Track which invitations bring people to your server and who invited them. Some joins can’t be matched to an invite, so they remain unassigned.

Polls collect opinions, giveaways draw winners and events keep track of registrations. Your team manages them in the dashboard and publishes them to the channels you choose.

Members submit a proposal through /suggestion using questions you set in the dashboard. Vaeros posts it in your chosen channel, where people vote up or down and see the totals.

Members choose from the game, interest and notification roles you’ve made available. Buttons, menus and commands handle the role changes without staff having to do them by hand.

Welcome and goodbye messages can use embeds, and welcome banners can show a new member’s name and avatar. You can also assign a starter role automatically when someone joins.

Members accept your server’s rules to receive the role you’ve chosen.

Vaeros posts Twitch live-stream alerts and new YouTube videos in your Discord channels. Twitch announcements can also run on a chosen date or selected weekdays, with an optional live check—for example, for a scheduled DJ set.

Your team can send bot messages and write replies to recurring questions. Automatic replies match chosen phrases, with channel restrictions and a cooldown to keep them from becoming repetitive.

Tags save replies your team uses often, while reminders help members keep track of things they don’t want to forget. There’s also AFK status, member and server information, and simple games such as dice and coin flips.

Server settings and modules live in one dashboard, with access to Vaeros features limited to the staff roles you choose. Discord’s permissions still apply to each action.
